It all BEGAN…

It all began in 1990 when Bonne Nuit opened its door for the first time at Lincoln Center in New York City.

After graduating from FIT with a degree in fashion, Ashlyn Barton took a year to travel across Europe. As she discovered her love for subtle within the European style, she decided to bring her passion home. Her first store opened with a focus on Fine Lingerie and Women’s Sleepwear. Soon after, the Boutique expanded and she went on to carry specialty baby and children’s apparel.

In 1991, Ashlyn’s partnered with her sister, Lorna Dreher, and together they opened their second store in East Hampton, New York. The two locations are as unique as each sister’s dynamics. East Hampton caters to the summer season with a concentration on beach resort. The New York store, located on the Upper East Side of Manhattan, is a wonderland of exquisite children’s clothing as well as fine sleepwear for moms alike.

Our exclusive boutique is known for its unique and one-of-a-kind pieces. All our merchandise is hand-selected, seeking fine workmanship and detail in rich fabrics and style. Bonne Nuit is known for its classic and timeless appeal and hopes to make every customer delight in visiting.
