So much to admire about this smocked tulip dress…the pattern has delicately drawn flowers with light and dark pinks and reds. The stems and leaves are in a scroll pattern perhaps inspired by art deco designs of decades past. The smocking is exquisitely intense and there is a finely stitched pattern on the segmented collar plus piping on the slightly poofed sleeves.
